The Vision

At Viola TV, we create world-class 2D/3D animation, kids entertainment, and AI-powered creative solutions. We are looking for an ambitious and connected Business Development Specialist to drive our commercial expansion across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and international media markets.

In this role, you will be the strategic bridge between Viola TV and top-tier brands, broadcasters, streaming networks, advertising agencies, and government entities, securing high-value animation productions and long-term creative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close high-value B2B deals for commercial animation, TV series, explainer videos, and AI creative solutions.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with advertising agencies, brand managers, TV networks, streaming platforms, and government organizations across KSA & the Gulf.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals, pitch presentations, and RFP responses in close coordination with the creative and production teams.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing structures, and deal closures ensuring profitable studio growth and long-term client retention.
• Represent Viola TV at major entertainment, media, and creative industry events and business forums across the region.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regional entertainment opportunities to recommend new service packages.

The Requirements

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within creative agencies, media production, animation, or broadcasting.
• Established network of corporate clients, marketing directors, and creative agencies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
• Exceptional presentation, pitching, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of creative production workflows, animation deliverables, and commercial pricing models.
• Fluent proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a verified track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
