Viola TV Animation Studio is seeking a proactive Desktop & IT Support Helper to manage, maintain, and support our studio's computer workstations, production infrastructure, office printers, scanners, display monitors, and local networking, providing hands-on technical assistance and swift troubleshooting to our creative production and administrative teams.

Requirements & Qualifications الشروط والمتطلبات

• Proven hands-on experience in PC hardware assembly, component replacement, diagnostics, and maintaining production workstations. خبرة عملية مثبتة في تجميع وصيانة أجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبية، استبدال القطع وترقيتها، وتشخيص أعطال الهاردوير ومحطات العمل.
• Strong expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting office printers, network printing, toners, scanners, and multi-monitor setups. خبرة عالية في تعريف، تشغيل، وصيانة الطابعات المكتبية والشبكية، استبدال الأحبار، أجهزة المسح الضوئي، وشاشات العرض المتعددة.
• Proficiency in OS installation (Windows 10/11, macOS), driver updates, productivity tools, and essential studio software support. إتقان تثبيت وضبط أنظمة التشغيل (Windows 10/11 و macOS) وتحديث برامج التشغيل ودعم البرمجيات المكتبية وأدوات الإنتاج.
