The Vision

At Viola TV, we produce premium animations, digital shows, and viral video content consumed by millions of viewers worldwide. We are looking for a data-driven, analytical Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to manage, scale, and optimize paid digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will play an integral role in driving audience growth for our original animation releases, YouTube channels, and commercial campaigns, maximizing ROAS and brand reach across the GCC, Egypt, and global digital markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google & YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, hooks, headlines, video thumbnails, and audiences to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure low cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and high return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Set up, maintain, and audit tracking pixels, UTM parameters, Google Analytics 4, and conversion API integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, motion designers, and video editors to ideate high-converting video ad angles and hooks.
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.

The Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience managing significant ad spend on Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, or Snapchat.
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, retargeting funnels, pixel tracking, and performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital media consumption trends, social video algorithms, and kids/family entertainment marketing.
  • Strong data interpretation skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and spreadsheet reporting.
  • Creative acumen to evaluate video hooks and guide editors on making high-engagement ad variations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative studio.
